What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR code points to a short link that you control. You can change where it goes at any time, even after it's printed, and every scan is counted. A static QR code has the destination baked into the pattern, so it can never change.

Is CassusQR really free?

Yes. Every feature is included: unlimited dynamic QR codes, editing, scan analytics, PNG and SVG downloads, and team accounts. There's no paid plan and no credit card. CassusQR is supported by Cassus Media, and you may see occasional marketing messages in your dashboard.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. Your codes keep working as long as your account is active, with no time limit or scan limit.

Can I change where my QR code goes after printing it?

Yes. Open your dashboard, edit the code, and enter the new link. The printed code sends people to the new page right away.

Can I track how many people scan my QR code?

Yes. Each code shows total scans, scans per day, your busiest day and a chart over time, for today or the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

Can I download my QR code for print?

Yes. Download a high-resolution PNG for everyday use, or an SVG that stays sharp at any size, from signs to business cards.

Can my team share QR codes?

Yes. Add your business name and invite teammates as Admins or Members. Everyone works from the same set of codes, and codes stay with your business if someone leaves.

1. Ownership

CassusQR.com is owned and operated by Cassus Media LLC. All rights, title, and interest in and to the website and its services are the exclusive property of Cassus Media LLC.

2. Free Service

CassusQR is provided free of charge. We do not collect any payment information, and no fees apply to any feature of the service.

3. Privacy & Data Usage

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used to run your account (login, logout, and related authentication features) and to send you the emails described in section 4. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We only use trusted service providers, such as our email delivery provider, to operate CassusQR on our behalf.

4. Email Communications

When you create a free CassusQR account, your name and email address are added to the Cassus Media email list. We may send you account notices, CassusQR updates, and occasional news and offers from Cassus Media LLC. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your account, and we may still send you important account and service notices.

5. Notifications

CassusQR is free because it is supported by Cassus Media. From time to time, we may send you marketing messages from Cassus Media LLC through our software: as notifications in your dashboard, and as a short email notice when a new notification is waiting. You can close each notification after reading it, but these messages cannot be turned off while you have an account. To opt out of these messages, you must delete your account (Settings, then Delete My Account). Deleting your account also deletes your QR codes, so any printed codes will stop working.

6. Existing Accounts

Accounts created before CassusQR became free keep full access to their QR codes, scan history and every feature, with nothing to do on their side.

7. Support

8. Limitation of Liability

By signing up for and using CassusQR, you agree to hold Cassus Media LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to any harm, inconvenience, or disruption experienced.

9. Service Availability & Termination

Cassus Media LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the CassusQR service at any time, with or without notice. Downtime or complete platform removal may occur. CassusQR is offered free of charge for as long as CassusQR.com and its functionality remain in operation. Cassus Media LLC may terminate this service at its sole discretion.

By creating an account and using CassusQR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
